The emulsions of these cooling lubricants are free of native oils that tend to become resinous and do not contain any volatile or odor-intensive amines. The cooling lubricants are mainly boron-free and meet all TRGS 611 requirements.
HAKUFORM A-cooling lubricants have excelled in the practical application thanks to their outstanding pH- and bio-stability and outstanding corrosion protection characteristics
The cooling lubricants are also free of formaldehyde depot additives, which are still often used as bactericides in water-miscible cooling lubricants. The separate addition of corrective chemicals such as biocides is usually not necessary. That leads to a very good skin and environmental compatibility and increases your workplace safety.
