Description

In addition to well-balanced products that are tailored to the application(s), using the correct process parameters is also important for the final quality of the pretreatment processes. Until recently, these parameters were usually checked periodically and at times manually. In cooperation with system suppliers, we developed measuring and control systems that enable remote reading and control of the preset, optimal process parameters.

If problems arise, the application engineers in our laboratory can take prompt action via an online connection. This ensures that your end product has consistently high quality, and it reduces the risk of human error to a minimum.

Technology Center

We are constantly working on improving our products and processes at our technology center. Before we bring our products to market, they are extensively tested in the cleaning and pretreatment plant under realistic conditions. We can also make our plant available to you to carry out your own cleaning and pretreatment trials using your process parameters.

Waste Water

Many processes produce waste water. Using the applicable waste water standards, it can be assessed whether the waste water must be discharged or post-treated. We have a well- equipped laboratory and use state-of-the-art analyses to find the most appropriate treatment method for you.
