Cold extrusion oils and (heavy duty) forming lubricants – HAKUFORM, HAKUFORM L

The HAKUFORM group of products includes water-miscible and non-water-miscible high-performance lubricants for a large number of forming processes that may be very different at times. We offer (mineral) oil-based and synthetic oil based products (HAKUFORM L).

Many of these lubricants also have very good corrosion protection properties, enabling forming and protection with a single application.

Forming applications and requirements may vary widely, therefore very different HAKUFORM products may be suitable for the application. Here are some examples:

• Extreme cold forming
• Complex component geometries (e.g. aluminum or copper heat sinks)
• Cold-calibration of hot or cold preformed components
• Prelube oils for coil-coated material
• Deep drawing
• Wire drawing
• Tube drawing
• Hydroforming
• Use as cold forging oil in multi-stage presses
• Additional lubrication and cooling during cold bulk forming
• Honing oils
• …and many other types of forming

Products without chlorine, sulfur, boron and heavy metal compounds, without (secondary) amines and/or without formaldehyde releasing agents are also available.
