Degreasing or phosphating plant

We recommend cleaning your degreasing or phosphating plant 1 – 3 times a year. We offer products that are matched to our VbH chemicals for these types of cleanings. Regular maintenance means a longer service life of the plant and offers a better cleaning result.

For piped plants built with V4 steel, we recommend our tried-and-tested Decorrdal 35-52 product.

For older plants with V2 steel alloys and lower, Hakupur 50-523 with an application concentration of 10% is the way to go. The substrate and the welds are not attacked by these products. Hakupur 50-523 contains complexing agents and should therefore be disposed of externally after use.
