Traditional trication zinc phosphating with the DECORRDAL 300- and DECORRDAL 500-series is still the state of the art when it comes to the highest requirements.

Particularly in the automotive industry, zinc phosphating is often combined with cathodic dip coating.

In addition to nickel-containing trication zinc phosphatings, we also offer nickel-free processes for the pretreatment of steel surfaces.

An activating agent is needed for the phosphate layer to form optimally. We offer activating agents based on titanium phosphate and zinc phosphate.
